Kendahl joined ANDE in February 2022 and serves as our Senior Gender Program Associate within our Gender Equality Initiative. Her work has focused on enhancing the capacity of women in developing countries and mobilizing the will of justice and political structures to ensure equitable processes. Prior to joining ANDE, Kendahl managed three global projects at the Public International Law & Policy Group, liaising with both civil society actors and high-level stakeholders, in order to create demonstrable change and sustainable peace through international law. She holds a B.A. from the University of San Diego in International Relations and Peace & Justice Studies.
