The ANDE East and Southeast Asia and South Asia chapters are dedicated to building a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.

ANDE partners with local advocacy partner organizations in India to connect 20+ public and private ecosystem actors, validate policy recommendations, and advocate for policy reform in the waste management and circular economy sectors.
ANDE has consistently pursued opportunities to influence policy within the G20 framework. In 2023, under India’s G20 presidency, the chapter engaged with the newly formed StartUp20 task force and the T20 initiative. As part of these efforts, ANDE published a policy brief titled Unlocking Finance to Scale Decentralized Renewable Energy for Clean Energy Transitions.
ANDE provides regular funding opportunities to both members and non-members.
We aim to both drive greater resources to organizations supporting SGBs in developing economies and ensure ANDE member expertise is leveraged efficiently. Funding opportunities are meant to spur more creative and collaborative investments in SGBs and uncover how SGBs contribute to poverty alleviation and economic growth.
The chapters share regular updates, including upcoming opportunities, events, and publications, with SGB stakeholders active in the region through a quarterly climate newsletter, and regular promotion on our social media and other channels.
