Melanie Mossard is the CEO of Impact Hub Phnom Penh, a locally rooted, globally connected organization fostering entrepreneurial communities for an inclusive and sustainable world. Since joining in 2015, Impact Hub Phnom Penh has delivered over 55 incubator and accelerator programs, supporting 550+ ventures. With 10 years of on-the-ground experience in Cambodia, Melanie deeply understands the opportunities and challenges of this emerging entrepreneurial ecosystem. She specializes in designing programs for entrepreneurs working in impact-first ventures from early-operational stage to scaling stage.
