Megan Smith joined ANDE in March 2023 as Director of Membership and Programs. Megan has experience in program and team management as well as entrepreneurship and leadership training. Prior to joining ANDE, Megan served as Project Director of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) at IREX and Deputy Country Director for Caring for Cambodia based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Megan holds a B.A. in History from Rice University and an M.A. in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
