Malacci joined ANDE in July 2020 as a Membership and Programs Manager. Prior to ANDE, she worked for the Center for Financial Inclusion at Accion as a Senior Program Associate. In her role at Accion, Malacci oversaw financial consumer protection efforts in Sub-Saharan Africa which aimed to improve the ecosystem for client protection. She brings experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and communications. Malacci is passionate about using her skill sets to foster economic growth in emerging markets like in her home country of Ghana. Malacci holds a master’s degree in human rights, development, and social justice from the International Institute at Erasmus University and a bachelor’s degree in business and society from York University.
