Lina Rossi comes to ANDE with over 9 years of experience in the small and growing business sector. Among her many accomplishments, she most recently served as Founding Partner of Grupo Impacta S.A.S., a Bogota-based consulting practice for small and growing business. She has also served as an independent consultant for various institutions, namely Fundación Bavaria, the philanthropic arm of Bavaria S.A., the largest beverage company in Colombia, and Corporación Excelencia en la Justica, an NGO focused on justice issues, and has professional work experience in both Bogota and Mexico City. Lina holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. Lina will be based in Bogota, Colombia, where she will work out of the offices of our partner Socialab.
