Estephannia joined ANDE as the Andean chapter Program Coordinator in October 2022. She has more than 5 years of experience working in projects related to humanitarian action, digital democracy and support for social entrepreneurship. Estephannia’s experience integrates social project development, coordination and implementation in Colombia. She studied Industrial Design and holds a master’s degree in Sociology Social Transformation and Innovation from the Barcelona University.
