Our Speakers
Sitthichok Padyen
Sitthichok Padyen is an SME Policy Analyst at the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP), Thailand.
He serves as the national focal point for ASEAN Access and the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on MSMEs, coordinating initiatives on digital trade, regional cooperation, and SME development.
Mylene Abiva
Mylene Abiva is the Board Secretary / Co-Chairperson and the Head of International Affairs of the Women’s Business Council Philippines (WomenBizPH). Composed of the top female business leaders, WomenBizPH is the leading platform of women entrepreneurs in the Philippines, and the lead private sector partner of ASEAN Access in the country.
She is also the President and CEO of Felta Multi-Media Inc., a 60-year-old company engaged in introducing innovative instructional materials and educational devices for school technology.
Mylene is also heavily involved with the Philippine Marketing Association and has won numerous national and international awards for entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation, including winning the ASIA CEO award for Most Innovative Company. She is the Philippine Presidential Appointee as Chair- Private Sector of the Design Advisory Council of the Philippines.
Onvarin Hotrabhavananda
Onvarin Hotrabhavananda is the Managing Director at Onrada Corporation Co., Ltd. and ASEAN Access Ambassador. She is a Japanese-speaking procurement and management professional with over a decade of experience connecting Thai and Japanese businesses.
She began her career in Japan with Sumitomo Rubber Industries, supporting the new factory start-up team as a Japanese interpreter for top management. Today, she supports Thai SMEs by providing interpretation for business seminars and international matching events, including MEBIC Osaka Matching 2020. She holds a Master of Public & Private Management from NIDA and a Bachelor of Japanese from Chulalongkorn University.
