Marilyn Dos Reis is ANDE’s Finance Manager, responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across global programs and regional chapters. She also supports the Finance Associates in standardizing processes to strengthen financial operations throughout the network.

Before joining ANDE, Marilyn served as Program Assistant at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she supported advocacy campaigns and outreach efforts while managing over $1.7 million in annual discretionary budgets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a Master of Public Policy from American University. Marilyn is based in Washington, DC, and joined ANDE in 2022 as a Financial Analyst.
