Vineetha joined ANDE in February 2024. She has over a decade of multi-sectoral work experience, collaborating with information technology corporations and nonprofit organizations focused on digital and environmental justice.

Before joining ANDE, Vineetha’s experience includes work with the following organizations:

• • IT for Change, a Bangalore-based digital justice organization.
  • Dakshin Foundation, a coastal and marine conservation organization.
  • Digital Empowerment Foundation, a Delhi-based nonprofit.

Her expertise lies in participatory action research, policy analysis, and advocacy.

She holds a master’s degree in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, specializing in Community Organisation and Development Practices.
