Role Overview:
Dalberg is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for our American offices. In this role, you will lead project teams, develop innovative strategies, manage work streams, and support junior team members. You will be the critical link between junior members and Dalberg management, delivering creative ideas and results for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead project teams in disaggregating problems and providing solutions.
– Develop innovative strategies and solutions for clients.
– Manage work streams and provide direction.
– Coach, manage, and support junior team members.
– Oversee the quality of client deliverables.

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting or similar client advisory work.
– Experience managing and coaching teams.
– Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
– Experience with stakeholder and client management in diverse settings.
– Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
– Passion for driving social impact and equity.
