About the IMT

The ANDE Investment Manager Training (IMT) is a one-of-a-kind course offering an in-depth exploration of investing in small and growing businesses (SGBs). Tailored for investment managers actively engaged in SGB investments and capacity development providers who support entrepreneurs through the investment journey, this five-day, immersive course draws on real-world deals made by ANDE members.

Highly interactive and participatory, the course emphasizes the social and environmental impact of investing at the SGB level and explores how these considerations influence investment decisions. IMT is unique in its dual focus on emerging and developing markets and impact investing, making it an essential resource for professionals committed to meaningful, sustainable investment.

This course is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of early stage investing in emerging markets, guided by some of the industry’s top experts.
