What is the diagnostic for?

This assessment tool is designed to diagnose and get you thinking about the steps you may need to take on your digitalization journey and help you identify potential actions according to your current digital maturity.

How do I complete it?

The exercise is designed so that as a team, your organization invests 1-2 hours in discussing, answering and selecting the answers according to your characteristics and reality. You will answer each question on a scale of 1 to 5. There are no right or wrong answers. 5 is not better than 0, it only reflects a different organizational reality. The scale is about understanding your reality so that you can best design your digitalization journey.

The questions in this diagnostic have been designed by Accenture Development Partnerships and are aligned to the framework presented in the report Digital Delivery: A digitalization guidebook for enterprise support organizations by Dalberg and the Argidius Foundation. This report defines three steps for an effective approach to digital adoption: Design, Develop, and Deliver & Refine. The questions are based around these three steps. In the results section, you will see a series of recommendations based on your answers with references to further reading in the report that can help you to define the best steps and considerations for your organization in your digitalization journey.
