
Sneh Bhardwaj is an Associate on Upaya Social Ventures’ Data and Insights team, where she oversees end-to-end impact measurement and management across the organization’s portfolio companies and accelerator cohort companies. Her work includes designing and facilitating Theory of Change workshops, implementing jobholder surveys, and ensuring that data quality and insights are embedded in decision-making. She also streamlines data management systems across Upaya, leveraging a range of SaaS tools to support cross-functional operations.
Sneh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, and a Master’s in Applied Statistics and Analytics from NMIMS, Mumbai.
