The KINETIK-ANDE-ROI Investment Manager Training (IMT) is the only program of its kind offering a comprehensive overview of investing in small and growing businesses (SGBs). Tailored for investment managers deploying capital into SGBs and capacity development providers supporting entrepreneurs, this highly interactive five-day course is rooted in real deals and practical experience.
Location: Four Points by Sheraton, Bandung, Indonesia
This second edition of IMT in Indonesia is supported by KINETIK—a flagship Indonesia–Australia partnership advancing climate, clean energy, and infrastructure—and Roots of Impact, a global pioneer in Impact-Linked Finance (ILF) and innovative financing solutions that link financial incentives to positive impact. With their support, the training will place particular emphasis on climate change, clean energy, and blended finance, with a special focus on ILF as an approach to enhance the effectiveness and additionality of blended and other forms of investment capital. It will also highlight the importance of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) in ensuring a just and equitable transition.
We particularly welcome applications from participants based in Indonesia or investing in Indonesia, including investors targeting Indonesia as a market, demonstrated through a summary term sheet or fund information memorandum.

“It’s a good training for anyone working in the ecosystem, not necessarily have to be VC investors, but it’s also very useful for ecosystem builders (grant manager/provider, accelerators, incubators) to gain knowledge on investment that this training offers.”
“The training is delivered in a collaborative environment and grounded in real world scenarios. It’s extremely useful for impact investment professionals.”
“I would recommend this training because it offers a wealth of very important experiences for anyone who wants to deepen their investment knowledge—thanks to its comprehensive materials, case studies from the speakers, and Q&A sessions from participants. In addition, it helps build extra knowledge such as networking with other individuals and companies both within your own country and abroad.”
“An insightful course with enriching discussions and a great platform to learn about other players or organisations in the local ecosystem. Great for practitioners who want to learn about the end to end process of an impact investment.”
“For those working in on profits, this is an eye opening learning experience especially those who are thinking about organizational sustainability (impact, financial, etc.).”
