Traveling to Jakarta, Indonesia
The most convenient way to reach our training venue is by securing your flight to one of Jakarta’s two main airports. The Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, Indonesia’s main international gateway, is about 55 minutes (34.8 km) via the Jkt Outer Ring Road. The second option is the Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport, which is the closest airport to the hotel, is about 21 minutes from the hotel by car (13.1 km).

Upon arrival at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), the most convenient means of transportation to your hotel is by using the Airport Link, Blue Bird Taxis, or Grab, a popular ride-hailing app in Indonesia. Depending on traffic, the journey into central Jakarta can take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. The Senayan MRT Station is a 7-minute walk away from the hotel. Likewise, the hotel provides Airport shuttle services upon request at a charge of IDR 360000 per vehicle one-way.

Weather Information
Jakarta, in late June to early July, falls within the dry season, making it a comfortable time to visit. Expect sunny to partly cloudy days with average temperatures ranging between 26°C – 32°C (79°F – 89°F). Humidity remains high, so we recommend packing light, breathable clothing and staying well-hydrated. It’s always a good idea to carry an umbrella or raincoat, just in case of a passing shower.
Public transportation
Jakarta has a range of public and private transportation options, including MRT Jakarta and TransJakarta Busway offer affordable, air-conditioned rides across the city, and other options such as Grab, Blue Bird Taxis, and Gojek are widely used for cars and motorbike taxis (ojek). Due to the city’s heavy traffic during rush hours, we suggest planning extra time for travel to and from the venue.
TransJakarta (busway)
Jakarta’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system, known as TransJakarta, is the most convenient and relatively affordable mode of transportation in Jakarta. It operates across numerous dedicated corridors and routes, including cross-corridor services that connect various parts of the capital. The system uses a card-based payment system, making it easy and efficient for passengers to access services across the network.
Jakarta MRT
Jakarta MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) is a modern, mostly underground Mass Rapid Transit system that connects major areas in Central and South Jakarta, including some direct access to malls. With clean stations, air-conditioned trains, and reliable service, the MRT offers a fast and comfortable way to travel through central Jakarta.
Grab
Another convenient way to navigate Jakarta is through Grab. This user-friendly service provides transparency by allowing users to view the journey price before booking, track their route in real-time, share the journey details, and communicate pick-up locations with the driver.
While Grab is a popular option, Blue Bird taxis are also a reliable and reputable choice in Jakarta, especially for airport transfers. Known for their professionalism, metered fares, and safety, they are a popular choice among both locals and visitors. Blue Bird taxis can be hailed on the street, booked via phone, or through their official app for added convenience.

Museum MACAN
The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN) is the perfect place for art lovers and photograohers. It is contemporary art museum that features works by Indonesian and international artists in a 5000 square meter facility.

Grand Indonesia Mall
Located at the center of Jakarta, Grand Indonesia Mall is the perfect place to do your shopping. The mall provides an extensive range of selections, including both luxurious international brands and affordable brands.
