Value for Women is a growing global social enterprise and is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager/Engagement Manager for Advisory Services.

You will work with the best talent in the industry and be at the forefront of designing innovative solutions that dismantle barriers and unlock opportunities for women globally.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• • Lead and implement the design of gender lens strategies and approaches
  • Identify ways to achieve greater women’s participation in employment, decision-making, value chains and leadership
  • Lead a portfolio of impactful global projects across Value for Women’s practice areas
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring project success
  • Manage and develop a team of talented consultants

Do you have…

• • 10+ years of experience with a focus on gender lens advisory?
  • Expertise in impact investing, financial inclusion, or related fields?
  • A proven track record of managing projects and exceeding client expectations?
  • The ability to thrive in a global, fully remote, and fast-paced consultancy?

Engaging and impactful work in a fully remote and flexible environment. The daily fee range for this role is US$249-574 and the expected days of work per month is 16-20 days. The exact daily fee varies based on skills and experience.
