Connect, Innovate, Transform!
What does it take to reimagine entrepreneurial ecosystems for a changing world? At ANDE’s Global Annual Conference, we convene a dynamic mix of unlikely allies—local innovators, global funders, corporate leaders, and grassroots builders—to ask bold questions and co-create practical solutions. This year’s theme challenges us to design ecosystems that are not only more inclusive and resilient but deeply rooted in the needs of emerging markets. Through candid conversations and unexpected collaborations, we’ll break silos to shape what comes next.

We don’t gather just to talk—we gather to act. Through hands-on workshops, roundtables, peer exchanges, and immersive site visits, the conference fosters candid dialogue and practical learning that attendees can apply immediately in their work.
A launchpad for the future
With the latest research, forward-looking tools, and space for experimentation, the conference surfaces what’s next for the small and growing business (SGB) sector—and what it will take to get there. This is where bold ideas meet grounded strategies, and where innovation is tied to action.
Registration for the ANDE Global Annual Conference 2025 is officially live! Don’t miss the chance to join the largest gathering of the global small and growing business (SGB) ecosystem.

Built by and for our global community, this agenda reflects the creativity, passion, and bold thinking of ANDE members around the world. Over the past few months, we invited members to submit sessions that challenge the status quo and explore innovative solutions for building inclusive, resilient, and locally rooted entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets—and the response was incredible.
A huge thank you to everyone who submitted a proposal—your ideas are what make this conference so special.
For the first two days of the Global Annual Conference 2025, participants will engage in sessions and networking with peers from across the globe. On the third day—Thursday, October 2, 2025—the program takes a different shape. We’ve curated a series of excursions beyond the conference venue, designed to highlight the innovation, culture, and environmental resilience of the Cancún region.
Participants can choose from a range of excursions, including a sea turtle release, a tour of local small and growing businesses, a visit to the ancient Mayan city of Chichén Itzá, or a look at innovative solutions to the region’s sargassum challenge.
If you prefer not to join an excursion or will only be around for part of the day, we are also offering MEL with Mal – ANDE Members Only: a chance to sign up for a 1:1, 60-minute session with ANDE’s Impact Manager. These sessions can support you with questions around impact measurement and management, metrics, or monitoring and evaluation. ANDE can suggest valuable resources, review reports and frameworks, help you think through measurement strategies, or provide guidance in using tools.

This year’s ANDE Global Annual Conference will take place at Haven Riviera Cancun, an all-inclusive resort nestled along the stunning coastline of Mexico’s Riviera Maya.
Unfortunately, the discounted room block rate for conference attendees is no longer available, as we are now within two weeks of the event. Reservations made at this point will reflect the hotel’s current available rate.
Special Offer: Attendees who book at the Haven Riviera Cancun will receive three nights for the price of two—with the third night, September 29, complimentary.

Staying on property is strongly encouraged for the full conference experience, but it is not required. Guests staying off-site will need to purchase a day pass from the resort—approximately $200 per day—in addition to their conference registration.
