Teddy Roux is an expert in private sector development and financing of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Africa. He has been a member of ANDE’s Executive Committee since 2024 and currently serves as the Director of Growth and Partnerships at Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESPartners). The mission of ESPartners is to provide sustainable success to entrepreneurs in Africa by offering Intelligent Capital™️ facilities.

Teddy has collaborated with various institutions such as USAID, USADF, MasterCard Foundation, ENABEL, and the Kingdom of the Netherlands to design and implement over a dozen Intelligent Capital™️ facilities in Côte d’Ivoire and across the continent. He has also advised institutions on private sector national development and competitiveness roadmaps and conducted data-driven studies related to private sector development and MSME access to finance in Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, Benin, Mauritania, and Rwanda.
