Joy Munthamraksa joined ANDE in September 2022 as East and Southeast Asia Chapter Head, bringing in experience in sustainable rural development, development-led drug policy, and social entrepreneurship.  Prior to joining ANDE, Joy served as Chief Development Management Officer for the Mae Fah Luang Foundation, a renowned not-for-profit organization based in Thailand, and had extensive experiences in the Southeast Asian region. Joy holds a B.A. in International Relations from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, and a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
