Devin joined ANDE in 2017 as Director of Strategic Development and helped steer the organization through its substantial expansion from 25 to nearly 60 staff and the launch of its new SDG aligned strategy. As of March 2024, Devin has stepped into the role of Interim Executive Director to lead the organization during a critical transition. 

Devin holds a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Chicago, specializing in political economy of development. He has nearly two decades of experience in the social impact sector, including roles supporting the UN World Food Program, leading a nonprofit consulting practice, and founding FairWear, a social enterprise focused on ethical clothing manufacturing in Bangladesh.
