Research and Programs Junior Coordinator

Bárbara is a professional in International Relations with a specialization in analysis and research. She currently serves as the Junior Research and Programs Coordinator at ANDE, for the Mexico-Central America chapter, a role she began in January 2025. With experience at institutions such as the University of Notre Dame, VIVA Idea, and the Tecnológico de Monterrey business school (EGADE), she has worked on and led research projects related to public policy, migration, social impact and impact investment. She is also the co-founder and director of Ushum Colectiva Creativa, an initiative dedicated to preserving traditional Mexican textiles and promoting fair trade.
