The partners have got more than 30 years of experience in business advisory service. The major service areas of the consulting firm includes delivery of advisory services with special focus to women entrepreneurs on financial management, operations management, financial & digital literacy, sales & marketing, branding, life skills and other business skills. The firm focuses on women and youth empowerment. The General Manager Selam Hadush has been engaged in supporting MSMEs in Tigray Region. She has got a finance background and has been engaged in delivery of finance related support services. The BDS wing of the consulting firm is led by Tigist G/Tensai, who has a Deputy General Manager. She has accumulated rich experience in supporting MSMEs in Tigray region. She has extensively engaged in the delivery of business advisory services to enterprises in Tigray Region, other parts of the country and outside the country such as in India and Swaziland.
