Ploy joined the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) as an intern in September 2019 and currently serves as the Asia Communications Lead. In this role, she oversees communications across ANDE’s East and Southeast Asia and South Asia chapters, while also contributing to global initiatives. Her responsibilities span strategic communications planning, social media management, website coordination, and the production of targeted email campaigns.

She holds a BSc in Environmental Geography and International Development from the University of East Anglia. Her academic work included field research in Thailand’s Nan Province, where she assessed the effectiveness of community-based water irrigation projects for her undergraduate dissertation.

Beyond her professional commitments, Ploy is deeply engaged in advancing social entrepreneurship and sustainability. She is particularly focused on embedding entrepreneurial thinking and changemaking skills into Thailand’s educational landscape. Collaborating with local community leaders, she develops and delivers capacity-building programs aimed at empowering youth in Nan Province.
