About Fiji Enterprise Engine
Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) is a leading business accelerator driving growth for medium-sized enterprises in Fiji. Launched in 2019 under the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation, FEE stands out for its entrepreneur-led model—delivering tailored, practical support “by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs.” Each year, it selects a competitive cohort of 15 ventures for a six-month programme combining expert-led training, personalized mentorship, and deep local networking. FEE’s success lies in its focus on quality over quantity, charging a partial fee to ensure commitment, and adapting its approach based on real-world learnings—from programme duration to delivery format. With over 25 alumni now formally supporting the programme, FEE is setting a national standard for impact and sustainability in business development.
