Keisha Gani, Program Director at SHE by iDE

Keisha Gani is the SHE Program Director at iDE Cambodia, leading a team that aims to foster women’s economic empowerment for micro- and small-sized businesses through entrepreneurship support. She is passionate about building a gender-transformative ecosystem where women have equitable access to the opportunities, knowledge, services and funding they need to scale their business. Keisha has provided training and coaching to businesses and organisations on applying a “gender lens” to policies and processes, including improving understanding of gender disaggregated data and impact.
