Ajay Menon leads TechnoServe India’s work in Entrepreneurship, also providing support to strategy, business development and operations. He comes to TechnoServe with over 18 years of experience in tech-led startups and multinationals. Industry experience covers Digital Media & Web, Print (direct to consumer and SaaS-based business models), Media & Entertainment, and Fintech. He has successfully fulfilled a variety of leadership roles (including COO, CEO and Country Head), led diverse, cross-functional teams across sales & marketing, product development, customer service, human resources, finance and investor relations, between India and the US.
