Alsisar Impact is a pioneer in place-based venture building and transaction advisory, specifically designed to bridge the "missing middle" for SGBs in the frontier markets of South Asia. We operate a hybrid model that combines a Social Ventures Foundation (alsisarimpact.org) for hands-on incubation with a specialized advisory arm (alsisarimpact.com) for legal and financial transaction structuring. Our mission is to catalyze inclusive prosperity by transforming grassroots innovation into investment-ready enterprises that drive sustainable economic development. Through our "Lighthouse Place Based Venture Building Model," we provide long term deep-capacity building for indigenous and local entrepreneurs across the Himalayas, Nepal and North East India, regions often overlooked by traditional capital. We specialize in supporting SGBs with ~8 to 80 employees particularly those focused on climate-smart agriculture, biodiversity, and women’s leadership to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and access growth capital between $25000 and $1.5 million. By de-risking investments in these sociopolitically vulnerable and climate-sensitive regions, we foster resilient local economies and long-term social impact.
