Frequently Asked Questions - ANDE Leadership Convening 2026

Registration

How many representatives from my organization can attend? To foster the intimate environment necessary for deep dialogue, we recommend that each organization send one senior leader (ELT or section leader).

If your organization is already represented by a senior leader and an additional senior staff member would like to participate, you are welcome to register a second attendee. For requests involving three or more representatives, please reach out to the ANDE Events team directly to discuss availability.

Can I attend the convening if my organization is not an ANDE member? This event is specifically designed for the ANDE member community. Attendance is one of the many benefits of membership, as it allows for specialized networking and collaboration among peer organizations.

If you are interested in joining ANDE to attend this event and access our year-round programming, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to our membership team to discuss the application process and how your organization can get involved.

I don’t plan to attend all the days of the convening. Can I pay for only certain days instead of the entire event? Registration covers both days (April 13 and 14) of the convening. We are unable to allow attendees to register for only one day.

Who is coming to the convening?  When our event networking app is launched in the coming days, you will be able to see a list of attendees. The app will also enable you to search for attendees by sector/geographic region and reach out directly to set up meetings and plan your personal convening agenda.

What does my registration cost provide me? Your ticket for the convening will cover your attendance at all sessions, lunch and beverages each day, and a cocktail reception on April 14. The price does not cover your hotel stay, as that will need to be booked by you separately.

Agenda

When does the convening begin and end? The event officially begins at 8:30 am EDT on Monday, April 13. The convening will end around 7:00 pm EDT on Tuesday, April 14, following a networking reception.

If your travel plans allow, you may consider booking an eastward route (e.g., via Asia or the Pacific) to avoid the Middle East entirely for additional peace of mind.
