ANDE East & Southeast Asia chapter is thrilled to invite you to join us for the Member Showcase session, featuring the ANDE member organization, ONOW.

What if the best small businesses are invisible to capital? In this interactive session, Matt Wallace and Nathan Temeyer show how everyday entrepreneur behavior—simple cash habits, receipts, and daily choices—can become powerful signals of investability.

Participants will experience firsthand the difference between paper tracking and AI-supported tools, explore principles for coaching financial clarity, and learn how behavior-driven data can strengthen entrepreneurship programs.

Ideal for ESOs, funders, and capital providers seeking practical, human-centered approaches to financial visibility and investment readiness.

Matt
Matthew Wallace

Matthew Wallace is the Co-founder of ONOW Myanmar and CEO of ONOW’s fintech; a global social enterprise that uses AI to turn informal financial behavior into investable data for small business owners. Over the past 15 years, Matt has helped tens of thousands of youth and women entrepreneurs gain access to financial literacy, coaching, and capital readiness. His work focuses on helping support organizations and financial institutions unlock the potential of “invisible” businesses through behavior-driven insights, building trust and sustainability across ecosystems in Asia and Africa.

Nathan
Nathan Temeyer

Nathan Temeyer builds simple financial habits into lender-ready signals for entrepreneurs. He started as an actuary modeling risk and probability, then in 2018 saw firsthand across Southeast Asia how many small businesses work hard but fly blind without financial visibility. He founded fintech ONOW Ascent to fix that: a pragmatic tool that turns everyday cash behavior into actionable and clear data. The result helps business owners understand their profit, improve their operations, and gain confidence and clarity that unlocks potential for their businesses and communities.

This Hands-On Session with ONOW is brought to you by ANDE Member Showcase, an initiative that highlights the work from the selected member organizations and aims to raise awareness of ANDE members’ activities, foster collaboration and partnerships, and share practical resources and lessons learned within the entrepreneurship support ecosystem.
