ANDE’s Investment Manager Training is a flagship offering designed for investment managers and portfolio managers in ESO’s. This one of its kind, highly interactive course, with a Nett Promoter Score of 94, introduces the full investment process-from sourcing and due diligence to post-investment support in impact-first investing principles.
Participants explore real-world cases, learn practical frameworks, and join a global peer community dedicated to building more inclusive and effective capital flows for SGBs.
Effective impact measurement and management (IMM) is core to building strong, accountable organizations. ANDE regularly offers introductory workshops to help members deepen their IMM knowledge and apply practical tools across their work.
These trainings cover foundational topics such as developing a theory of change, selecting relevant indicators, and incorporating climate-related metrics into measurement frameworks. Our goal is to demystify IMM and support our members in turning data into learning and improvement.
SCALE 360 is ANDE’s immersive support program for BDS providers working with SGBs in the Global South. Developed in partnership with the Argidius Foundation, the program is grounded in the evidence-based SCALE framework (Select, Charging, Address, Learning, and Lead by Example) and is designed to strengthen the effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of entrepreneurial support programs.
Through a mix of benchmarking, expert-led workshops, and facilitated peer mentoring, participants gain practical tools and tailored strategies to improve how they select and support entrepreneurs, measure results, and manage their own operations.
