They are supported by a platform of international experts who ensure a global perspective on its programs and a coalition of local partners that share the commendable objective of transforming lives in LatAm with a focus on women, youth and other minority groups. The Centers of Impact develop interventions that provide Latin Americans with the knowledge, empowerment, and tools they need to grow, expand, and accelerate their businesses. With iconic programs such as LEADS Academy for Women and EMPRO, INCAE brings expertise and network capabilities to build bridges between SGBs and the established commercial and financial markets. INCAE engages distributors, banks, venture capitalists and other big firms as gate openers and active collaborators, including the participation of their staff as volunteering mentors to SGBs in their journeys of business acceleration, access to new markets, and new financing.
