The ANDE East & Southeast Asia and South Asia Chapters cordially invites you to our “ANDE Asia Climate and Environmental Learning Lab Session 3: Climate Metrics” on 12 December 2024 from 01:30 – 02:30 p.m. IST / 03:00 – 04:00 p.m. ICT

This session will highlight key lessons from ANDE’s Measuring the Impact of climate Small and Growing Businesses guide. This guidance, published in conjunction with Climate Collective Foundation, summarizes and consolidates key tools and frameworks for climate measurement in the SGB sector. ANDE’s Impact Manager, Mallory St. Claire, will take participants through fundamentals of climate impact metrics, common tools, case studies, and share best practices for implementation.

The Climate Metrics session is brought to you by ANDE’s Asia Climate & Environmental Learning Lab, a meeting construct that is designed to facilitate active learning, experimentation, collaboration, and problem-solving, allowing participants to gain practical skills and knowledge through real-world scenarios.

About Speakers

Mallory St.Claire, Impact Manager, Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE)

Mallory St. Claire is ANDE’s impact manager and has been a part of ANDE’s research and impact team since December 2019. She has a wide breadth of work experience in international development and impact measurement, including working in India, Kenya, and Bangladesh to design and implement monitoring and evaluation projects. At ANDE, Mallory manages the organization’s internal impact measurement systems and project evaluations, consults with ANDE members to support their IMM practices, and works to help improve IMM capacity in the sector.

- Academic Institution: Institutions that provide training or research related to the SGB sector.
- Capacity Development Provider: Organizations that provide business development and advisory services to SGBs.
- Corporation or Corporate Foundation: Private sector entities that engage SGBs or SGB intermediaries via their business, research, or philanthropic activities.

Finally, accelerators aim to facilitate greater connections with potential investors so that entrepreneurs can raise the growth capital necessary to accelerate their ventures.
