The East and Southeast Asia and India Chapters are thrilled to continue the  dialogue with  the members of their ASIA Gender Learning Community on 17 May 2022 (Tuesday) from 11:00 – 12:30 p.m. IST / 12:30 – 14:00 p.m. ICT.

This session will introduce Sweef Capital’s Gender ROI™, a diagnostic measurement & management tool that is designed to support business, investment & development finance practitioners in assessing an enterprise’s commitment to diversity & gender equality. This is a forum allowing the audience to share inputs and best practices with respect to the 24 quantitative and qualitative indicators of the tool with the  aim of addressing the biases and barriers women face in the workplace and marketplace.

As part of the ANDE Gender Equality Initiative (AGEI), this regional Gender Learning Community is serving as a space for thought leadership, cross regional learning and a platform to generate knowledge to advance gender issues, among ANDE grantee alumni and members interested in gender smart approaches
