Shriya has 14 years of experience in designing, managing, and evaluating development programs aimed at promoting social and economic inclusion for disadvantaged communities. She joined KOIS in 2022 as a manager in the firm’s innovative financing advisory practice, where she currently leads advisory projects across Asia, focusing on education, skilling, and livelihoods with an emphasis on gender-responsive and inclusive outcomes.

Before joining KOIS, Shriya served as the Team Leader for the Social Policy Programme at Oxford Policy Management in India, overseeing strategy, technical leadership, and project management for a diverse portfolio of high-impact consulting projects. She also has practical experience working with CSR foundations and non-profits within the social impact ecosystem in India.

Shriya holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, an MSc in Development Economics from SOAS (where she was awarded the Felix Scholarship), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism.
