
Nadilla Ratman (she/her) is a seasoned Program Manager with 9+ years of experience spanning fashion marketing, cultural research, and program management. Transitioning from the fashion sector to inclusion and sustainability, she now empowers changemakers through impactful programs that champion inclusive entrepreneurship, well-being, and systems change.
Since joining Impact Hub Jakarta in 2022, Nadilla has led translocal programs at the intersection of entrepreneurship, gender inclusion, the circular economy, and DEI, collaborating with global partners like Cartier Women’s Initiative, Bayer Foundation, and Bank of America. Currently, she leads BEAM: Building Entrepreneurial Access Models as Regional Program Manager, an incubator program run by Impact Hub APAC and funded by Metlife Foundation to support 30 entrepreneurs with disabilities—including women entrepreneurs—across China, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
In addition to her regional responsibilities, Nadilla manages the overall portfolio of programs at Impact Hub Jakarta, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives, overseeing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of collaboration within the programs team.
Nadilla is committed to creating spaces where well-being and compassion drive collaboration and lasting social impact, integrating frameworks like Inner Development Goals and systems thinking into her work.
