Lucia joined ANDE in January 2022 and serves as our Program Operations Coordinator in the East Africa Chapter. She has experience in the International Non- Profit and Humanitarian sector. Prior to joining ANDE, Lucia worked as an Administration and Executive Associate at Plan International Kenya. She holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University and a B.A in Human Resource Management from the Dedan Kimathi University of Technology.
