Francis joined ANDE in April 2022 and serves as Program Coordinator in the East Africa Chapter. Francis has experience in program coordination, research, data analysis, and policy analysis gained while working in the government and NGO sectors. Prior to joining ANDE, Francis served as a Research Assistant for The Kenya Institute for Public Policy and Research Analysis. Francis holds a Master of Science in Social Statistics from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics with Computing from the University of Kabianga in Kenya.
