Reporting to the Impact Management and Learning Lead, the Impact Management and Learning Executive is a new role within Small Foundation and will support the organisation’s impact measurement, management and learning work. The post holder will record and track impact data across Small Foundation’s portfolio, including maintaining a view of partner theories of change, reporting indicators and impact timescales, and inputting impact data into the organisation’s data platform. The successful candidate will be tracking qualitative learning and stories from Small Foundation’s portfolio and will share patterns and trends with relevant colleagues and will work with relationship leads to scope and commission external reviews. In close collaboration with colleagues, you will support Small Foundation’s network partners by developing an understanding of network impact measurement and providing training and advice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a passion for monitoring, evaluation and learning. You will have a background in impact measurement and evaluation and a genuine interest in international development and/or impact investment and systems change. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to organise and analyse information with attention to detail and accuracy. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as willingness to learn, innovate and travel.
